Needs Assessment

During the system design and analysis phase, we refine the work that was started in the scope of work document. We work with the key users to determine the specific business logic and calculations that must be included in the software. We look at the format of specific reports they are currently creating or have them mock up some reports for us. We look at their sources of data and design screens that may sense according to their business processes.

Once we have an idea of the business logic and what the user is expecting to see, we design the file structures of the database.
